After leaving his career in the automotive industry in 1968, Ferruccio Lamborghini devoted himself to cultivating vineyards in the rich lands between Umbria and Tuscany, creating wines that capture the spirit of the region. With over twenty years of supervision by Riccardo Cotarella, the winery has perfected its techniques to enhance the distinctive characteristics of the terroir, producing wines of renowned quality and contemporaneity.

Originally from the province of Treviso, this sparkling wine is made with Pinot and Chardonnay varieties using the Sylvoz method. With a yield of 11.000 kg of grapes per hectare, the harvest takes place between August 25 and September 5. Vinification is carried out in white with gentle pressing, followed by primary fermentation at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts. It then goes through a second chamber period of 3 to 4 months and a refinement of 4 to 6 months.
