The 2010 was really singing at the time of my visit, jumping from the glass in a blaze of red plums, cherries, cocoa, an exotic note that reminded me of Djarling tea, beautifully complex soil tones, violets and a nice framing of vanillin oak. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied, pure and sappy, with beautiful focus and balance, moderate tannins, bright acids and outstanding length and grip on the very suave finish. 92+
