Franciacorta Brut Rosé by Bellavista is an elegant and seducing sparkling wine, produced in limited quantities: the cuvée is made up of 62% Chardonnay and 38% Pinot Nero and more than 30 wine selections. All bottles rest at least 5 years in the cave before entering the market. It’s a refined and structured wine, with a light peach rose and a very subtle perlage. The bouquet is delicate and refined, with notes of strawberry, peach, rose, toasted bread and yeast. The mouthfeel is fresh and balanced, pleasantly persistent. We recommend it with steamed fish, sushi, sashimi, vegetables risotto.
